Ohio man charged with drunken driving on bar stool

Now there's a headline that catches your eye. And here's the story: NEWARK, Ohio (AP) -- Authorities in Ohio say a man has been charged with drunken driving after crashing his motorized bar stool. Police in Newark, 30 miles east of Columbus, say when they responded to a report of a crash with injuries on March 4, they found a man who had wrecked a bar stool powered by a deconstructed lawn mower. Twenty-eight-year Kile Wygle was hospitalized for minor injuries. Police say he was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated after he told an officer at the hospital that he had consumed 15 beers. Wygle told police his motorized bar stool can go up to 38 mph. Wygle has pleaded not guilty and has requested a jury trial.
Think about it. You wouldn't have to worry about losing your bar stool if you could drive it to the bathroom or to the jukebox. The women in the bar would certainly be impressed if you drove up to them in the bar's only stool with customized hubcaps. And, as one of my colleagues noted, a motorized bar stool -- especially one capable of traveling 38 mph. -- would come in handy for pub crawls.

Hello to all in "Offbeat" section:
I know this person and although I'm not much of a drinker, you must admit that this "barstool" is a daggone cool invention. People are using these at local race tracks, ect. and not only is this a unique contraption, they're entertaining to see and to watch riders' try not to overturn. It's very easy to dump, or overturn one of these "Barstool GoCarts'.
Now on to my reason for writing:
Hey People. I know this is not relative to the "subject" here. However, it is the "offbeat section" and I do not know where else to go to post this.
RE: MISSING PERSONS'.
I live in the Thornville/Newark, OH area and last night I picked up a female hitchhiker. She claimed her name to be Teresa who would be travelling from Raleigh, NC to ***** *****. She had nothing with her except the clothes on her back.
She is described as a woman of age: 37-45 perhaps with brown/auburn hair and eyes. She is about 5'5' to 5'7" weighing approximately: 135-145 lbs..
She (Teresa) claimed to be a working home owner in Raleigh, NC (with a cousin living only a few doors down from her Raleigh Home) as well as a home owner in the location where she was heading to.
She seems a bit out of sorts.
The reason I'm posting this and for the concern is for it seems like I have seen this woman's picture on Missing Persons', or somewhere.
If anyone has any questions, or there is anyway I can be of help, please feel free to contact Kathy directly or your local authorities.
I know where this woman is heading and will be more than happy to reveal to the proper persons'/authorities.

A motorized barstool that goes 38mph? wow, that is something to see. I can't believe a guy would drive drunk and drive a motorized barstool, that is hilarious and sad at the same time. good post. thanks.
