It's time to bring you up to date on some topics previously discussed in this blog, including fitness fanatic Debbie Clemens, obscenely wealthy Arabian license plate lovers and a rogue satellite ready to crash into Earth.

For context, and in case you missed them, links to the original entries are included.

In the same week that Debbie Clemens' husband, Roger, testified before Congress, Mrs. Clemens apparently took down her Web site, debbieclemens.com, which preached the benefits of fitness. I'll be crushed if she's redoing the site to tout the benefits of human growth hormone.

The U.S. military now plans to shoot down the out-of-control satellite that's heading for Earth with a load of toxic fuel. I guess time will tell if their plan works better than a fish-net shield. (And before you folks in Atlantic City get any ideas, PETA would definitely object to using ship-based rockets to deal with your seagull problem.)
